Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued for purchases made on Padel Vision, operated by Enko Group B.V. (KVK 75351641, VAT NL860249542B01).

By purchasing credits or subscriptions, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Digital Credits Are Non-Refundable Once Used

Padel Vision uses a credit-based system. Credits are consumed the moment an analysis begins.

Once credits are used, they cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

This complies with EU rules for digital goods where the consumer explicitly waives withdrawal rights.

2. Refunds for Unused Credits (EU Withdrawal Rights)

Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase only if:

If credits were purchased as part of a bundle or promotion, the refund will reflect the effective per-credit price.

3. Consent at Purchase (EU Requirement)

To comply with EU consumer protection law, by clicking "Purchase" on the credits page, you confirm:

"I agree to immediate delivery of digital credits and acknowledge that I lose my right of withdrawal once the analysis begins."

This notice is displayed on the credits page before purchase. Completing the purchase constitutes your acceptance of these terms.

4. Subscription Refunds

If Padel Vision introduces subscriptions:

  • Subscriptions can be canceled anytime
  • No refunds are issued for partial billing periods
  • Access remains available until the cycle ends

5. Billing Errors & Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were incorrectly charged, contact billing@padelvision.app. Verified errors will be refunded immediately. This includes accidental duplicate purchases.

6. Chargebacks

If a chargeback is filed for credits that were used:

  • The user's account may be suspended or terminated
  • Outstanding balances may be pursued
  • Refund eligibility may be revoked

We strongly encourage contacting us before initiating a dispute.

7. Technical Failures on Our Side

If a technical issue on Padel Vision's side prevents the analysis from running:

  • Consumed credits will be restored, or
  • An equivalent value credit refund will be issued

This applies only to confirmed platform-side failures.
