1.3 Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. We do not store credit card numbers.

We process your data to:

• Provide video analysis
• Improve product functionality
• Maintain security and prevent fraud
• Process payments
• Communicate essential service updates
• Comply with legal and tax obligations

Legal bases (GDPR):

• Contract necessity (running video analysis)
• Legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention)
• Consent (marketing communication)

Uploaded videos are processed only to perform the analysis.

Retention:

• Videos stored for up to 180 days unless deleted by the user
• Deleted account → all personal data and videos removed unless retention is required by law
• Derived data (frames, annotations) deleted together with your videos

Training Data

We do not use your videos to train AI models unless you explicitly opt-in.

Padel Vision uses only essential cookies:

• Authentication/session tokens
• Stripe fraud-prevention cookies (__stripe_mid, __stripe_sid)

No analytics or tracking cookies are used. If non-essential cookies are added in the future, consent will be required.

Your data may be processed by:

• Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (billing)
• Cloudflare, Inc. (content delivery, R2 storage)
• Google Cloud / Gemini (AI processing)
• AWS / GCP (storage or compute services)

All processors operate under GDPR-compliant agreements including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

Data may be processed outside the EU. Transfers are protected using:

You have the right to:

• Delete your account and videos
• Request export of your data

If videos contain minors, the uploader must be a parent/guardian or have explicit parental consent. We may delete content if consent cannot be verified.

We use:

• Encrypted HTTPS connections
• Secure cloud storage
• Limited retention
• Access controls
• Monitoring for suspicious activity

No system is perfectly secure, but we take commercially reasonable measures to protect your data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are significant, we will notify users via email or in-app alerts.
