Acceptable Use Policy

Users may not upload, share, or submit any of the following:

1.1 Illegal, Harmful, or Dangerous Material

• Content violating laws or regulations
• Depictions of assault, abuse, or dangerous activities
• Attempts to manipulate the AI by performing unsafe or harmful movements
• Videos recorded where filming is prohibited

1.2 Copyrighted Content Without Permission

• Broadcast padel matches
• Paid coaching videos
• Any copyrighted content not owned or licensed by the user

1.3 Videos Containing Individuals Without Consent

Users must have explicit permission from all identifiable persons in the video and parents/guardians for minors.

1.4 Sensitive or Inappropriate Content

Padel Vision may not be used for nudity or sexual content, hidden or secret recordings, or private non-padel-related footage.

Users may not:

• Interfere with platform operations or security
• Attempt to reverse-engineer AI models or infrastructure
• Bypass credit/payment systems
• Create multiple accounts to evade limits or bans
• Use automated tools or scripts to overload or spam the Service
• Misrepresent identity or impersonate others

To ensure stable operation, Padel Vision may enforce:

• Video length or size restrictions
• Rate limits on uploads or analyses
• Storage duration limits for uploaded content
• Automatic deletion of inactive accounts or old videos

Users must use the platform respectfully, not shame, bully, or harass other users using AI-generated outputs, and not analyze videos for the purpose of mocking or harming others.

If a user violates this AUP, Enko Group B.V. may:

• Remove violating content
• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Block access to the platform
• Notify law enforcement if legally required
• Deny refunds for accounts terminated due to abuse
