How do credits work?

Credits are used for video scans. 1 credit = 1 video scan. New users get 1 free credit to start.

Can I get a refund?

Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Once credits are used to start a video scan, they cannot be refunded. See our Refund Policy for details. Learn more →

Why did my video scan fail?

Video scans can fail due to poor video quality, unsupported formats, or temporary server issues. If your video scan fails, credits are automatically restored. Try re-uploading or contact support.

What video formats are supported?

We support MP4, MOV, and WebM formats. For best results, use good lighting and a stable camera angle that captures the full court.

How accurate is the AI video scan?

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion by emailing privacy@padelvision.app. All your videos and personal data will be permanently removed.
