How do credits work?

Credits are used to analyze your padel videos. 10 credits = 1 minute of video. A typical 5-minute video costs about 50 credits. New users get 100 free credits to start.

Can I get a refund?

Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Once credits are used to start an analysis, they cannot be refunded. See our Refund Policy for details. Learn more →

Why did my analysis fail?

Analysis can fail due to poor video quality, unsupported formats, or temporary server issues. If your analysis fails, credits are automatically restored. Try re-uploading or contact support.

What video formats are supported?

We support MP4, MOV, and WebM formats. For best results, use good lighting and a stable camera angle that captures the full court.

How accurate is the AI analysis?

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion by emailing privacy@padelvision.app. All your videos and personal data will be permanently removed.
